In the morning in Tainan, standing in front of an assembled breakfast shop, this is the omelet specialty shop highly recommended by my girlfriend. The simple breakfast shop hiding in the potted plants looks a bit like a home. If you don’t look carefully, you can easily miss it.

台南的早晨，站在一間拼裝出來的早餐店門口，這是女朋友極力推薦的蛋餅專賣店。躲在盆栽內的樸實早餐店，外觀看起來有些像住家，如果不仔細看，很容易不小心錯過。

Counters built from old objects are a common architectural style in Tainan. The old houses, old objects, ancient cities, history, and harmonious combination create a cultural feature that other cities do not have. There is also a brother-in-law’s coffee stall next to the shop. I guess it was opened by the boss’ brother-in-law. This is a great boon for coffee lovers.

以舊物搭建出的櫃檯，台南常見的建築風格。老屋、舊物、古城，歷史，無違和的搭配，打造出一份別的城市沒有的文化特色。店內旁邊還有一個姊夫咖啡攤位，猜測是老闆姊夫開的，這對喜愛咖啡者，是一大福音。

There are two restaurants’ menus next to the bar, and you can order food in a self-service manner. Ordering, picking up, and cleaning are all done by yourself. Friends who are here for the first time, don’t be foolishly waiting next to you.

吧台旁有放置兩間店的菜單，店內採自助式方式點餐。點餐、取餐、收拾都是自己來，第一次來的朋友，千萬別在旁邊傻傻等待喔。

There is a minimum consumption limit in the store, and there is no amount limit. It’s just asking you to buy a meal and drink not to occupy a seat.

店內有限制最低消費，沒什麼金額限制。只是要求你買個餐點、飲料別佔著座位而已。

The retro dining area is like an early restaurant. It is hard to imagine that a warehouse can be transformed into this. This requires more care than spending money on decorating.

復古風的用餐區，像是早期辦桌的餐廳。很難想像，一個倉庫能改造成這樣。這比花錢裝潢需要更多用心。

The menu includes handmade omelets, spring onion cakes, toast, burgers… etc. The price falls between 20 and 65 yuan. Although the main product is omelette, Coco knows that just one omelet cannot satisfy Coco’s stomach, so Coco added some toast.

菜單有手工蛋餅、蔥抓餅、吐司、漢堡…等。價格落在20~65元，雖然是主打是蛋餅，可是可可知道光是一份蛋餅，是滿足不了可可的肚子的，所以可可加點了吐司。

The humorous boss is afraid that you will wait too long and uses a very humorous contrast method. If you want to eat quiche, you don’t have to wait for a lifetime. The boss has a big heart. You can wait 20 minutes.

幽默的老闆怕你等候太久，用了一個很幽默的反差法，想吃蛋餅，不用等一輩子，老闆佛心大發，讓你等20分鐘就好。

Roasted meat omelet, golden egg crust, not burnt, but soft, and fried just right. In terms of taste, it is a crusty omelet that cocoa likes to eat. Another major feature of Tainan’s food is its adequate portion. Such a large plate only costs 50 TWD.

燒肉蛋餅，金黃色的蛋皮，不焦、不過軟，煎的恰到好處，口感來說，是可可喜歡吃的硬皮類蛋餅。台南的食物還有一大特點，就是分量足夠。這麼一大盤，只要50元。

The chocolate toast is okay, it’s not as delicious as the quiche. It is recommended to order the quiche first. If you want to add more belly, you are considering adding other meals. Having enough energy to eat and drink, Cocoa was about to move to the next stop. END

巧克力吐司就還好，沒蛋餅美味，建議還是先點蛋餅，想加點果腹的話，在考慮加點其他餐點。吃飽喝足有了體力，接著可可要往下一站移動了。END
