一個水里旅遊的行程,當然不能錯過水里的在地小吃,董家肉圓,出發前,可可蠻擔心吃不到的,因為以前的印象,這裡的營業時間雖然開到18:00點,卻常常15:00就賣光了,幸好來到的時候,還有營業。

可可常說,人的一生只要學一種技能就能生活一輩子。在水里鄉,董家肉圓共有三間,都是三兄弟開的。店內沒有菜單,就只有賣肉圓。

Ba-wan are usually made of sweet potato flour, cornstarch, rice noodles… and other materials to make the outer skin, covering the pork, and other ingredients will be added with bamboo shoots, mushrooms, eggs, scallops, chestnuts and other foods. The cooking method is fried in oil in the north and steamed in the south.
肉圓通常是以地瓜粉、太白粉、米粉…等材料作成外皮,包覆豬肉,其他內料會添加有筍子、香菇、雞蛋、干貝、栗子等的食品。烹調方法北多用油炸油泡、南部多為炊蒸。
