一趟遠途回來的晚餐,地點是位於台中太平區的「十方客」牛排館,店面不算大,客人卻相當的多,可可到達時間,已經是晚上8點,卻還是需要候位。

即使是過了用餐過的離峰時間,人潮還是相當多。店內莫約可容納30個客人,座位不算多,但用餐的環境,並不會顯得十分擁擠。

The price of the menu is between 100 and 500 TWD. Because the price of steak has risen a lot this year, her selling price is not very expensive. We ordered boneless short ribs and sirloin steak.

菜單,價格介於100~500元之間,因為今年的物價上漲的很嚴重,所以來說並不算是很貴。我們點了一客無骨牛小排跟沙朗牛排。

In cooking, the control of the fire is very important. I have to say that the heat of this sirloin steak is quite well controlled, and it does not feel dry and hard to eat.

可可一直認為,一間牛排館的好壞,從沙郎牛排好不好吃就能決定。主要是沙朗牛排的油花較少,在烹飪上,火侯的控制相當重要。不得不說,這份沙朗牛排的火候控制得相當好,吃起來並不會感到乾硬。
