The dinner of Kaohsiung. attracted by crowds. Driven by curiosity, I decided to choose this Korean barbecue restaurant named “blossom piggy Korean BBQ" for dinner.
高雄旅遊的晚餐,被人潮所吸引。好奇心驅使下,決定選定這間名為「花小豬」的韓式烤肉店做為晚餐。

Different from the simplicity of Japanese restaurants, the decoration here is quite lively and Korean-style. I heard that the owner is Korean, so the meals should be very authentic. The business is quite good. If you want to eat, it is best to make a reservation because there are every table inside All full.
跟日式餐廳的簡約不相同,這裡的擺設是相當活潑韓式擺設,聽說老板人是韓國人所以餐點應該是很道地的,生意相當的好,想吃的話最好預約 因為裡面每桌都客滿。

There was no reservation, so we waited a bit. The business in the store is quite good, and the service staff are very busy. It is still during the epidemic prevention period, scanning QR Code, measuring body temperature and alcohol disinfection are indispensable.
因為沒有訂位,所以等待了一下。店內生意相當的好,服務人員忙得不可開交。現在仍是防疫期間,掃描QR Code 、測量體溫與酒精消毒是不可少的。

As for the meat, the pork is Taiwanese pigs. Beef and chicken are imported from South Korea, the United States, and Paraguay. The focus is on Taiwan pork. Compared with foreign pork, Taiwanese pork does not have a strange taste.
肉品的話,豬肉是採用台灣豬。牛肉跟雞肉則是韓國、美國、巴拉圭進口。重點是豬肉,台灣豬肉跟外國豬肉相較,比較沒有一種怪味道。

There are quite a lot of types of menus. Generally speaking, they are divided into barbecue, pot, and Korean-style meals. The meal time is 90 minutes, the minimum personal consumption is 300 TWD, and a 10% service fee will be charged. We ordered a set meal for two.
菜單的種類相當的多,大致來說,分烤肉、鍋類、韓式風味餐。用餐時間是90分鐘,個人最低消費是300元,另外會收一成服務費。我們點了一份雙人套餐。

There are quite a lot of customers in the store, and the seats are quite spacious. The smoke extraction system is quite good. There is no smell of oily smoke in the whole room.
店內的客人相當多,座位也蠻寬敞的。排煙系統算是相當好的。沒有整間都是油煙味。

The baking tray is quite special, it is tilted to one side, so that excess sauce or waste oil can flow into the paper cup. Kimchi, bean sprouts, and lettuce can be refilled for free.
烤盤相當的特別,是傾向一邊的,這樣可以讓多餘的醬汁或者廢油可以流到紙杯中。泡菜、豆芽菜、生菜是可以免費無限續的。

Korean Miso soup, using Korean soybean paste as the soup base, adding tofu, seafood, and vegetables. It is a representative dish of Korean civilians, and the taste is not bad.
大醬湯,用韓國豆醬當湯底,加入豆腐、海鮮、蔬菜。是韓國平民代表性的料理,口感還不錯。

A large portion of Korean Omelets, steamed eggs cooked in a clay pot, with quite a lot of ingredients inside, quite delicious.
很大份的烘蛋,用陶鍋煮出來的蒸蛋,裡面的配料相當多,相當的好吃。

There will be a waiter who will help you grill the meat during the meal. The service is quite professional. You don’t need to worry about whether the meat is cooked or not. You just need to take pictures next to it and wait to eat.
用餐時會有服務生會幫忙烤肉,服務相當的專業,完全不需要擔心肉有沒有烤熟,只要在旁邊拍照等吃就可以了。

Korean barbecue is usually cooked in cast iron plates and copper pots. The ingredients are mostly pickled meat and seafood, and they are grilled with pickled sauces and vegetable soups.
韓式烤肉,通常是用生鐵盤、銅鍋煮食,食材多以醃漬的肉類與海鮮為主,搭配醃漬醬料與蔬菜湯汁一起烤食。

Grilled meat is usually eaten with rice, and sometimes sliced meat is eaten with lettuce. This way of eating can relieve greasy, and it is also a very common way to eat in Korea.
烤好的肉,一般是搭配飯一起吃,有時也會將肉片夾著生菜一起吃,這樣的吃法較能解油膩,也是韓國是相當普遍的吃法。
