The entrance of the Caotun image business district is located between Yuying Street and Bishan Road in Caotun Town. Most of the stores are shopping streets with clothing, mobile phone accessories, snacks…etc. Coco, a native of Caotun, likes to come here, looking for food on the one hand, and buying some mobile phone accessories on the other.

草屯形象商圈，入口位在草屯鎮育英街與碧山路之間，多數店家是以服飾、手機配件、小吃…等為主的商店街。身為草屯人的可可很喜歡來這裡，一方面找食物，另一方面買些手機配件。

What I want to introduce to you today is Coco’s daily dinner. Usually when you come back to Caotun on Coco Holidays, your favorite is this “Ahui Nantou Pasta"

今天要跟大家介紹的，是可可的日常晚餐，通常可可假日回到草屯，最喜歡吃的就是這間「阿輝南投意麵」

This is a small store, I grew up eating when I was young. In the past 30 years, the appearance of the store has not changed much. Although the price has risen a little, it is relatively cheaper for many counties and cities.

這是一間小小的店面，也是可可從小吃到大的店家，30年來，店家的外觀沒什麼很大的改變，雖然說價格有些上漲，可是對於很多縣市，還是相對的便宜很多。

First of all, cocoa dried tofu and pig ears. The flavor of the stewed, combined with the soy sauce paste, is it delicious.

首先，是可可的豆干、豬耳朵。滷的入味，配合醬油膏，是不是很好吃的感覺。

Wonton noodles, not a big bowl. But the wontons are delicious and the soup is sweet. The point is, the noodles and the side dishes are only 3 USD in total. Isn’t it exciting to hear that?

餛飩麵，不是很大碗。可是餛飩好吃，湯頭甜美。重點，麵跟小菜兩樣總共才85元台幣。聽了是不是很心動？

The noodles of Nantou pasta are very thin. They are not the same as other noodles. When Cocoa was a child, the Taiwan Provincial Government was established in Nantou City. At that time, a group of Fuzhou people settled here. They kneaded duck egg juice and flour to make it more gluten. The tall noodles are called “E noodles " because they make a sound of “E" when they roll the noodles.

南投意麵的麵條很細，與別處的麵條不太一樣，可可小時候，台灣省政府設立於南投市，當時有一批福州人就跟著定居於此，他們將鴨蛋汁與麵粉揉製出筋度較高的麵條，由於在擀麵時出力，發出「噫」的聲音，所以稱為「意麵」。

After dinner, of course, I have to have a bowl of icy bean curd. The frozen bean curd next to Ah Hui Nantou Pasta is the best choice. I have never stopped seeing the crowds in line.

吃完晚餐，當然要來一碗冰冰涼涼的豆花，在阿輝南投意麵隔壁的冷凍豆花搖搖冰，是最佳的首選，有沒有看到排隊的人潮，都沒停過。

This store was opened by a couple. From the time my mother was young to the present, I vaguely remember that the owner’s appearance from the young to the gray hair is really a bit of a sigh of rushing age, and it has been passed on to their son. The taste has not changed at all.

這家店是由一對夫妻所開的，從媽媽年輕時開到現在，依稀記得，老闆年輕到現在白髮蒼蒼的模樣，真的有點歲月匆匆催人老的感嘆，目前已經傳承給兒子，口味完全沒變。

The traditional peanut bean curd, the bean curd is dense, and peanuts are softer peanuts. It is a must-eat item when visiting Caotun’s image business district.

傳統的花生豆花，豆花綿密，花生屬於較軟的花生。是逛草屯形象商圈必吃的一樣商品。
