這是一個環島回來的慶祝，地點位於台中大里的平價牛排館「小時厚牛排」，起源北部的「小時厚牛排」連鎖店，開店於國光路的路邊，招牌相當顯眼，因為可可是中午過後才來用餐，所以路邊停車方面也還算方便，不過熱門時段可能還是要找一下停車位。

This is a celebration completed by cycling around Taiwan.. The location is located at the affordable steakhouse " Hour Thick Steak" in Dali, Taichung. The " Hour Thick Steak" from the north of the origin opened on the roadside of Guoguang Road. The sign is very conspicuous, because Coco only came to eat after lunch, so parking on the road is more convenient, but when there are many people, you still need to find a parking space.

即使是中午用餐過後的離峰時間，人潮還是相當多。店內十分寬敞，座位相當多，整體的感覺十分明亮，簡單。

Even in the off-peak hours after lunch, there are still quite a lot of people. The store is very spacious, with a lot of seats, and the overall feeling is very bright and simple.

菜單，價格介於170~300元之間，比起許多店家，是相對便宜的。我們點了一客美國肋眼牛排跟美國比臉大背脊牛。

The price of the menu is between 6 and 10 USD, which is relatively cheap compared to many stores. We ordered an American Rib Eye Steak and American Big Face Steak.

無限供應的玉米濃湯，味道還挺濃郁的。因為很好喝，可可喝了兩碗。

The unlimited supply of corn soup, the taste is quite strong. Because it was delicious, coco drank two bowls .

雖然是平價位的牛排館，但是吧台卻不馬虎，琳瑯滿目的飲料吧有氣泡飲、冰沙、果汁、冰淇淋可供選擇。

Although it is a cheap steak house, the bar counter is not sloppy. There are a variety of drinks in the beverage bar, including sparkling drinks, smoothies, juices, and ice creams.

店內也有提供無限量的烤土司，有巧克力、奶油、蒜味三種口味，不用擔心吃不飽。

餐具跟醬料是自助式的，集中擺設，讓整體環境看起來顯得乾淨整齊。

店家特製的馳名黑胡椒醬，以牛肉末熬煮而成，搭配牛肉很濃郁對味。

The well-known black pepper sauce specially made by the store is boiled with minced beef, which is rich in flavor with beef.

美國肋眼牛排，平均分布的油脂讓肉質軟嫩帶有口感，可可吃了一口，感覺不錯。

American rib-eye steak, the evenly distributed fat makes the meat soft and tender. The cocoa tasted it and it felt good.

可可的美國比臉大背脊牛排，沒法用臉比較，只好用手比較，真的跟手掌一樣大，而且，肉質不差。

Coco’s American Big Face Steak, you can’t compare it with your face, so you have to compare it with your hands. It’s really as big as your palm, and the meat is not bad.

相較於黃麵，可可更喜歡螺旋麵，搭配馳名黑胡椒醬相當對味。

Compared to yellow noodles, Coco prefers spiral noodles, which is quite delicious with the famous black pepper sauce.

吃飽喝足，離開前拍一下店家的擺設，「小時候，快樂是很簡單的事。長大後，簡單是很快樂的事。」或許，也正訴說著這次用餐的心情，簡簡單單。
