Craving a little snack on a whim (honestly, I’m thinking about food every single day). Speaking of Tianzhong, Changhua, the number one spot you absolutely cannot miss is “Douhua King," where there is always a long queue!

心血來潮想吃點東西(其實天天都在想吃)，說到彰化田中，不能錯過的絕對是這家每次都要排隊的「豆花王」！

This shop is truly wild. No matter what time you visit, the entrance is always packed with people. There are many warning signs posted outside, so make sure to check out the shop rules while lining up.

這家店真的很狂，每次來，不管是什麼時間，通通都是在排隊。店外貼了很多的告示牌，大家在排隊時記得先看一下。

Ice only. There is a huge sign stating “Ice Only, No Hot Desserts." For those wanting hot desserts, you’ll have to wait until around November 20th for it to be available!

只賣冰的，現場貼著大大的「只賣冰的，沒賣熱的」。想吃熱的，要等到11月20日左右才會開始販售！

Read the menu first. To speed up the line, the shop requires customers to “read the menu first, order only when asked, and line up to collect your food." After ordering, please wait on the other side and don’t block the counter area.

先看菜單，為了加快排隊速度，店家要求「請先看菜單，待詢問再點餐，點完排隊取餐」。點完餐就到另一邊等待，千萬不要站在櫃檯前，避免擋住動線。

Also, remember to park properly. The green sign reminds everyone to park within the white lines. Never drive against traffic or cross the double yellow lines, unless you want a traffic ticket to go with your bowl of tofu pudding.

另外就是車子要停好，綠色告示牌提醒大家車子要停在白線內，不要逆向或跨越雙黃線，免得吃一碗豆花還附贈罰單。

The entrance is always packed with people during the afternoon. It gets even more crowded on holidays. The shop also thoughtfully reminds customers that “the ice melts quickly; orders for reservations will only be made after the person arrives, and those without a reservation on holidays must wait on-site."

下午時段店門口總是滿滿的排隊人潮，假日人潮更多，店家也貼心提醒「冰溶很快，預約人到才製作，假日無預約要在現場等候」

The prices here are very pocket-friendly. The menu is mainly divided into the Douhua series and Bean Ice series, with prices ranging from NT$40 to NT$50. There is a crucial point to remember when ordering: “Items with mung beans have fixed sweetness and ice levels!"

價格非常親民，主要分為豆花系列和豆類冰系列，價格落在 NT$40至NT$50之間。點餐時有一個重點：「有綠豆商品甜度、冰量固定」！

Any item marked with a green dot on the menu (such as Mung Bean Douhua or Assorted Douhua) comes with mung bean ice. Since the mung bean ice is a pre-made smooth slushie, the ice and sweetness levels cannot be customized.

菜單上只要有貼綠色圓點的品項（像是綠豆豆花、綜合豆花等），都是加綠豆冰，因為綠豆冰是店家預先做好的綿綿冰沙，所以不能調整冰量和甜度。

If you order other items without mung beans, you can choose less ice or no ice. Ke-Ke bought two bowls of Assorted Douhua and one bowl of Peanut Douhua today. The assorted ones were for coworkers. Because Ke-Ke is very picky when it comes to food, Ke-Ke strictly eats only “Peanut Douhua."

如果點其他沒有綠豆的品項，則可以選擇少冰或去冰。可可今天買的是兩碗綜合豆花跟一碗花生豆花，綜合是買給同事吃的，因為可可很挑嘴，只吃「花生豆花」。

To avoid mix-ups, the shop puts a label on the lid so customers can easily identify the flavors.

為了避免搞錯，店家會在盒蓋上貼著的標籤，方便客人辨識口味。

Opening the lid, a generous layer of finely crushed ice covers the top, with the syrup perfectly blended into the slushie. Digging in with a spoon, it’s instantly filled with peanuts cooked to ultimate creaminess!

打開蓋子，滿滿的細緻碎冰鋪在最上層，糖水完全融入冰沙中。用湯匙隨便一撈，就是滿滿燉煮到超級綿密的花生仁！

The peanuts here have that perfect texture where they melt the moment you press them with your tongue, releasing a rich aroma. The tofu pudding itself is packed with authentic bean flavor and boasts a silky-smooth, traditional texture. Taking a bite on a hot afternoon alongside the refreshing, perfectly sweetened sugar slushie—"pure happiness" is the only way to describe it!

花生是那種含進嘴裡、舌頭一抿就會化開的口感，香氣非常濃郁。豆花更是充滿豆香，質地滑嫩的古早味，搭配清爽不甜膩的糖水冰沙，在炎熱的下午吃上一口，真的只能用「幸福」兩個字來形容！
